Ubud Care is hands-down the best place to go in Ubud if you are in need of medical care! I found myself sick beyond belief overnight, and this clinic is not only open 24/7, but has free transport that will pick you up from wherever you are staying in the area, and drop you off when you finish! The treatment costs are extremely reasonable, especially coming from the U.S. (we’re talking ~$150 for two days of care, IV meds, prescriptions, transport, the works!). The staff are very friendly, and do their best to make you comfortable. The wait time wasn’t long when I arrived, and the doctors and nurses speak excellent English, answer all of the questions you may have, and clearly explain what they are doing. They provide medical reports, receipts, and any paperwork that you may need to submit a travel insurance claim (so helpful, as that’s the last thing that you want to think about when you’re sick!). The staff had my meds ready to go when I got out of the room, and was available easily by phone when I was back at my hotel. I didn’t have time to complete the lab tests to figure out what was the cause of all my problems, but the doctors helped me treat my symptoms and guide me as to what steps to take when I arrived back in the U.S. to get a diagnosis. If you need help in Ubud, pick Ubud Care (and make sure to say “Care” not “Clinic” to your hotel staff/taxi driver – they are two separate locations).

Great Clinic in Ubud! My husband had a medical emergency while we were in Ubud.

This medical clinic picked us up from our room, took us to the facility (on a Sunday), treated my husband, showed us videos of his condition, recommended a specialist, wrote a prescription, drove us to the pharmacy, drove us back to our room, sent us documents for our insurance and flight cancellations and followed up with us by phone and email. ALL Of these services for $50 US dollars. I can’t say enough about this health center. Great professional, compassionate medical care. The pick up and drop off are free. You can also have the doctor come to your room for a very reasonable fee.

Fantastic service. I was a bit nervous at first but Ubud Care lived up to the other reviews. Quick, easy and painless. Better than most clinics back in Australia. I was also picked up and dropped off from my hotel free of charge. Now i can continue on with my holiday. Highly recommend!
